Nutrition After Weight Loss —
Real Supportive Services for Real Life
Your surgery was just the beginning.
Your first dose of a GLP-1 was the tip of the iceberg.
Now comes the part no one really prepares you for: learning how to eat, live, and feel confident in your new and evolving body.
I’m Haley Lemieux, MS, RD, LDN, a virtual bariatric dietitian helping bariatric surgery patients nourish their bodies, rebuild trust with food, and find sustainable weight loss after bariatric surgery — without restriction or confusion.
Personalized Bariatric Nutrition Coaching
Every person’s post-op journey looks different.
That’s why my programs are designed to meet you where you are — whether you’re a few weeks out from surgery or several years post-op.

Why Work With a Bariatric Dietitian?
After bariatric surgery, your nutritional needs are unique.
Generic advice or cookie-cutter dieting plans won’t work long-term. In fact, they often cause more harm than good.
Working with a registered dietitian who specializes in bariatric surgery helps you:
✔️Understand your body’s changing needs throughout your weight loss journey
✔️Avoid nutrient deficiencies and fatigue
✔️Relearn hunger, fullness, and satisfaction cues
✔️Build sustainable habits for lifelong weight maintenance
When you get personalized, realistic support, you stop guessing — and start thriving.

Group coaching is a 4-6 month commitment. Many clients are with me for 1 year plus!
-
I work with my clients to come up with a plan that works for them. This looks different for everyone! During our time together I will teach you how to create satisfying meals and snacks that meet your needs so that you are able to do this on your own as well!
-
I use a very unique approach with my clients and have them take photos of their meals/snacks for us to review together in our sessions. This gives me a lot of insight into your world, likes/dislikes, meals you prepare for your family, etc so I am able to give you very specific and individualized feedback that fits YOUR lifestyle. This is not required - but not clients love it and find it so helpful!
-
Absolutely! All of my clients in BBN Academy get highly individualized feedback and support.
This includes individual food log review, twice weekly coaching calls and text support in our group chat between sessions. Take as much or as little as you need each week!
-
ASAP! Many clients start with me before they even have surgery!
It's never too early to get started or too late to refocus!

I work with all bariatric surgeries including the gastric sleeve, gastric bypass, duodenal switch and SADI-S. Each clients nutrition plan is customized to their specific needs and surgical history.

1:1 coaching offers fully individualized support, while group coaching includes community accountability and shared learning. Both are designed to help you nourish your body and create sustainable result.
Group coaching is truly my favorite because you get hands-on guidance and accountability from a bariatric dietitian AND support from other women who get it! It's truly the best of both worlds. If I am not in network with your insurance plan then I always recommend my group coaching program to get the most bang for your buck! 1:1 coaching is great if you are ready to go all in on YOU.
Your sessions may be covered by your insurance. Please note text support, group programs, food log review and course access are all out of pocket add-ons and not billable to insurance. Many clients combine my group program plus a monthly 1:1 session!
