I’m Haley Lemieux, RD, a virtual bariatric dietitian, and I want to make it simple for you to get the nutrition support you need.
Many insurance plans cover 1:1 dietitian sessions for bariatric nutrition counseling, while additional services like text support and food log reviews are available as out of pocket add ons.

COVERED SERVICES
Primary 1:1 coaching sessions for bariatric nutrition and medical nutrition therapy (MNT) may be eligible for coverage.
Out-of-pocket Add-On Services: Our optional implementation and accountability add-ons are available! Starts at $197/month. HSA/FSA eligible.
Includes:
Weekly check-ins to set you up for the week
Weekly live community Q&A sessions
Weekly food log review and feedback
Unlimited 1:1 text support Monday–Friday (questions, restaurant menu help, meal planning support, accountability, or just someone to vent to or cheer you on!)
LIFETIME access to our resource vault including Nourished Bariatric Basics self-paced courses and Balanced Bariatric Bites Meal Planning Bundle
Billing: We can submit claims directly to your insurance for eligible sessions in the states listed above
Benefit Verification: We’re happy to send you the exact questions to ask your insurance company to verify your benefits and coverage for nutrition counseling
Flexible Options: If your insurance doesn’t cover sessions, self-pay options are available. HSA/FSA are accepted as well.
